Online Adult

From your computer, smart phone, or iPad. Whether you live at a distance, want to maintain a low–profile, travel frequently or are just too busy to drive to therapy, we can meet confidentially via video–chat or phone session. Therapy happens when it’s convenient for you. We meet via a secure, private platform.

Services are available anywhere in the world where there is a wifi connection for Israeli citizens. Research shows that online work is just as effective as meeting in an office.

Initial Intake Session

Count on meeting for 50–60 minutes during which time I’ll gather information about you, about your history, your current difficulties and where you want to be in your life. Together, we’ll define your focus and goals of therapy. You also have the opportunity to ask me any questions.

Therapy sessions usually take place once a week. You’ll find change tends to occur faster with homework. These assignments may include self-care ideas, books/other reading material, podcasts or simply areas in your everyday life to think more deeply about over the course of your week.

Couples Counseling

  • Recognizing and acknowledging unhealthy tendencies within a relationship is the first step to being able to make positive changes

  • Working together with a third party member (the therapist) couples are often more able to see areas in need of improvement

  • Using a therapist as a mediator, couples can work together to find practical skills and solutions for problems pertaining to their relationship

  • Using therapy as a safe place, couples can speak openly and rebuild trust and commitment within their marriage

  • Together with a therapist, couples can learn and practice helpful techniques to continue working together and creating a happier and healthier relationship than when they first sought counseling
