Initial Intake Session
Count on meeting for 50–60 minutes during which time I’ll gather information about you, about your history, your current difficulties and where you want to be in your life. Together, we’ll define your focus and goals of therapy. You also have the opportunity to ask me any questions.
Therapy
Therapy sessions usually take place once a week. You’ll find change tends to occur faster with homework. These assignments may include self-care ideas, books/other reading material, podcasts or simply areas in your everyday life to think more deeply about over the course of your week.
