Cashews and apples are a perfect combo for focus and attention. Bananas are rich in tryptophan which also lifts mood and supports focus.
Ingredients
2 tbs. raw organic cashews
One quarter of a sweet apple
coarsely chopped Half of a banana
3 tbs. organic full-fat coconut milk ¼ cup coconut yogurt, dairy yogurt, or kefir ½ cup milk of choice (hazelnut, almond, hemp, etc.)
1 tbs. ground flax seeds
1 tbs. chia seeds
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender, in the order they are listed, and blend until smooth.
