Evaluations, consultations, and psychotherapy sessions typically are 50 minutes in length but sometimes 100 minutes may be recommended. The fee structure is as follows: $130 (approx. 438₪) for 50 minutes. Payment is expected within 24 hours of your therapy session.

Equine Therapy/Animal-Assisted Therapy fee structure is as follows:

*Sessions must be paid a month in advance to book and keep your spot during the week for the month.
*Session time start at agreed scheduled appointment time
*Must wear shoes with a heel and pants (no shorts)
*Must wear helmet while handling/riding horses at all times.
*Must bring bottle water.
*24 hour cancelation is a must, if not fee is forfeited.
*Please note that Strides to Solutions is NOT a riding academy. We do not offer riding lessons to the public.
Must pay 1 month in advance to keep your appointment on the schedule. You may reschedule with a 24 hour in advance notice, or you will forfeit the fee paid. If 24 hours notice is given, you may schedule a make-up session as it fits the schedule.
Gottman Method Couples International Coaching
Gottman therapy is designed to help teach specific tools to deepen friendship, emotional connection and intimacy.
Sessions are $150/session up to 60 mins. Sliding scale is available at $50/session (sliding scale is for online only).

I manage my own schedule and scheduling to be more efficient and more responsive to my clients’ needs. Please contact me by e-mail if you need to change or cancel an appointment. If you don’t hear back from me that day, please e-mail again as there can be snafus in receiving emails.
My clients rarely change appointments without notice and I try to provide the same should I make a change. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to provide this notice, you will be expected to pay for the missed session.

The Registration Forms are available for you to download, print out, and complete prior to your initial consultation. It is important for me to receive these forms before scheduling your initial appointment via e-mail.
You may choose to pay by direct deposit or cash at the time of consultation. This billing statement will need to be paid prior to your session. If you are currently being treated by a psychiatrist, psychotherapist and/or any other physician (when helpful), please complete one or more of the release forms so that I can contact your treating practitioner(s) in the future, if appropriate. I would discuss this with you, prior to making contact and would do so only after our initial consultation.

How often do we meet and for how long?
Time frame
The frequency of sessions depends on your need for support, as well as your availability and finances. The scheduling of sessions is flexible and I don't set rules about how often or when we should meet, however, to keep your spot on the calendar for coaching or therapy sessions, you must pay in advance.
Equine Assisted Sessions must be paid a month in advance to book and keep your spot during the week for the month.
Where do we meet?

Online sessions we meet via a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform online called SimplePractice. I will send you a link prior to your session. If this is a Gottman Coulples online session, a zoom link will be emailed to you prior to your session.
Face-to-face sessions are located in moshav Sitirya on a horse farm. I can email you the directions prior to your appointment.

I want to make sessions accessible to those who need it as I am passionate about my belief that well being should not be limited to those who can afford it.
To this end I offer a slide scale of fees ranging from 50 to 130 dollars per session. Clients decide how much they are able to pay on this scale. Sessions last for 50 minutes.
Payment: Payment is due before the session is conducted. Sessions can be paid through the through the client portal.
Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel a session then I do ask that you give me 24 hours notice via email so I can offer that time to someone else if they need it. Clients who don’t adhere to this request will be charged for missed sessions.
