Garbanzo beans (cooked)
In a food processor, process 5-8 dates, then add 1.5 cups of cooked Garbanzo beans and 1/2 cup of sliced almonds. Process til somewhat smooth adding in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (optional on the coconut oil). Then add 1 teaspoon of matcha to the batch and process it until somewhat even.
I like to then take it out in a large bowl and work it with my hands for a bit til things really combine together. Go ahead a take a spoonful of the concoction and roll it in a ball in your hand. Then roll in coconut shreds. Serve and eat!
This can be kept in the refrigerator and eaten at a later time also!
