Parsley-Fig-Peach Salad


Boosting the happiness-linked amino acids Trypophan rich figs which are rich in antioxidants and minerals. Cashews are excellent for focus and attention. Parsley is a bitter green that are used to keep the liver and gallbladder healthy, which in turn is essential for reducing anger and depression. Parsley is also an excellent breath freshner.


Ingredients:

1-2 cups of washed and plucked Parsley

1/4 sliced fresh peach

1 fresh fig sliced

3 tablespoons of cashews

1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice

pinch of sea salt


Directions:

Wash parsley mix with pinch of salt and 1/2 lemon squeezed. Mix all together.

Add sliced figs, peaches and cashews


Variations:

Replace parsley with arugula
