Protein - Energy Balls



Ingredients:

Non-dairy chocolate chips

Garbanzo Beans (cooked)

Peanut Butter

Oats

Vanilla Extract

Dates


In a food processor, process cooked garbanzo beans to a somewhat puree. Add dates and peanut butter, blended into the garbanzo beans. Add oats and give it a few pulses on the processor adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.


In a large bowl, combine what you have in the food processor folding the non-dairy chocolate chips together.


Take a spoonful of the mix and roll it into a ball.


You can eat them right away or chilled.
