Q: How much is this program?

A: $50/185₪ per session

Q: What is the commitment to this program?

A: 4 groups over approx. 30 days (1 x a week)

​

Q: How long are the sessions?

A: 60 mins

​

Q: My daughter doesn't really like animals, is this the right group for her?

A: This group is best for young women who like or love animals

​

Q: Can I enroll more than one daughter?

A: Yes, but they would have to be in a different group. Siblings cannot be in the same group. 

​

Q: Can my daughter switch tracks to a different day after 1 or more sessions?

A: This isn't advisable due to group dynamics

​

Q: Do participants need prior experience with horses to participate?

A: No prior experience with horses is necessary to participate in the program. The activities are designed to be accessible to individuals of all skill levels, and the focus is on the therapeutic process rather than horsemanship.

Q: How can someone get started with the Champions of Change program?

A: To get started with the Champions of Change program, individuals can fill out the form below on this website. We will then send you an email of how to schedule an assessment and necessary paperwork to be completed. From there, participants will start on their assigned track to begin their journey towards transformation and empowerment.

Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay through the client portal or paybox. You will have an invoice and receipt in the client portal. 

​

Q: What should my daughter bring with them and wear?

A: Wear clothes that will get dirty, long pants and boots with a heel. They should bring a bottle of water.

​

Q: Where is this located?

A: Strides to Solutions is located in Sitria, Israel on a horse farm. This is 10 mins from rehovot, 20 mins from the airport, 15 mins from Modiin, 15 mins from Rishon.
