International Resilience Coaching

My services are available anywhere in the world where there is a wifi connection. Research shows that online work is just as effective as meeting in an office.

  I work with individuals as well as couples. You and your partner do not have to be in the same location, or in the same country. I have worked with clients from all over the world—from Australia to Maylasia, from Switzerland to the Middle East, from Maine to California. 

  When I work online I work as a coach, not as a psychotherapist. Coaching is different than psychotherapy. As your coach, my focus is solely on your present and future rather than helping you heal trauma from your past. It is always solution-focused. You can meet with me for one session or many.

Resilience Coaching

Resilience coaching focuses on the present and future, whereas counseling focuses on past, present and future. Resilience coaching is action-oriented and helps you to move forward from an already healthy position. It helps you to do more, faster than you would be able to do on your own. Resilience coaching helps you take your goals and yourself more seriously. It can support you with exhortation, encouragement and I am your #1 cheerleader. Resilience coaching can also help you strategize in this journey we call life!
