
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup of coconut cream
1tbsp. coconut oil
10 drops of liquid stevia or 1 teaspoon of Xyitol
Directions:
Blend all ingredients and serve colt.
Variations:
Frozen mango or blueberries also go very well with pineapple.
Another substitute is 2 heaping tablespoons of pure cocoa for the fruit.
