1 cup of Chickpeas has around 15 grams of protein!
Tahini can be made with tahini mix, add fresh lemon juice, cumin, a little bit of water, dash of salt and zaatar spice to top it off. Mix well to your liking of a thick or thin consistency depending on what you like.
